• Take NE 124th St. Exit (Exit 20)
• At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto NE 124th St.
• Right at 1st stoplight onto 116th Ave. NE
• Right on NE 128th St. Continue on NE 128th St. up the hill
• Turn left onto 124th Ave NE and enter the East Entrance of the garage

From I-405 Northbound:

• Take NE 124th St. Exit (Exit 20B)
• Stay right and follow sign toward Totem Lake Blvd.
• At light, road turns into 120th Ave. NE
• Stay on 120th Ave. NE up a hill
• Right on NE 128th St. Continue on NE 128th St. up the hill
• Turn left onto 124th Ave NE and enter the East Entrance of the garage

Parking:

• Left at the stop sign into Evergreen Surgery Pavilion Parking/East Garage
• Down one level to Level “D”
• Park in Patient or Handicapped space
• Evergreen Surgery and Physicians Center Pavilion is at the corner of the garage (opposite the elevators)
• You will be on the 4th floor of the building when you enter
